I suggest you do not get into this activity or at least not with this company as they have a horrible service. Their account managers know nothing about the market , they give u suggestions to trap you and block you in huge losses. Eventually encourage you to keep on pumping in money to save the losses that they trapped you in. I know no of cases who are clients with this company who have incurred huge losses with no support from the account manager- they tend to disappear at at critical times where u need their so called expert advice the most.

If you love your hard earned money . I suggest you stay away from this game or at least from this company.

Theres a lot of fake reviews under me which skew the results - but from my experience they've been nothing short of excellent.

The platform may be a bit clunky at times but I have made some really good returns through the general advice and education the senior account manager gave me.

I've already taken out my original investment and trading with profits now ; the withdrawal took about 4 days to land in my bank account all up.

I made a deposit of 1552$ and started…

I made a deposit of 1552$ and started trading. They gave me good profits for the first 2 weeks. But in the first week I recommended an another friend and he made a deposit of 3500$. The broker provided by xtrade.Net(fabricio garcia) made his entire money a loss, completely washed out. Then i tried to make my withdrawal after that, the broker stopped me and requested me to place some trades which is going to be a profit. Finally he made me lose all my money, completely washed out today. Better avoid them completely. If you want to proceed with them, make sure, you are extremely rich.

Quite happy with xtrade

I'm actually quite happy with xtrade. I thought forex was a shorter route to success and I began to trade with higher risks, I would say that greed and wrong mindset were the causes of my failures in the early stages of my forex trading career. It really took me time before I overcame it because I was blaming the market and brokers for the problem crased by me and you know that when you do not acknowledge you are the source of your own problem, you will be very far from solution. Xtrade is a licensed company so if you believe that it's a "scam" as you say, you can always make a complaint.
One more note: the complaints, which may appear on forums, may be related to the competition among the companies in this vibrant market. The company has the active customer support, where you can apply and describe the issue emerged by e-mail, chat, telephone or fax. I'm sure that someone will find a solution for you.

No issues

Hi there. Sharing my experience with xtrade since 2017. Overall positive although I have only made small money but I'm playing small without being greedy. Was confused in the beginning with the withdraw procedure but after calling their support (I was provided with a very good service) realized that it's actually a security measure they have created to ensure that the money goes to the correct person. It was weird, true. But, bottom line is that after 2 days I had my money in my bank. I have had some losing positions but no one could predict them. As a trader, I'm aware that there is risk involved so I can't quite understand why people complain without doing their own research beforehand. One thing to add and still on the support team: I have been on the phone with other institutions and it's rare to have a person on the other side who actually understands me and what I need in my own language. Kudos for that! :)

Xtrade is a scam. Once you pay the original £300 they then just try to get you to invest more. If you refuse then they place your investment on a downer and say if you don't want to lose it you need to invest more. A real waste of money!

Commissions

As we have already seen, there are no commissions, but you have to know that if you do not trade for three full months, they can charge you a $ 5 inactivity fee. The normal thing is to not be charged because practically nobody opens a real account to leave it abandoned. Therefore, although there are some associated costs, we can say that hiring the services from xtrade is free.

On the other hand, one of the most interesting aspects of trading with cfds is its leverage. Xtrade stands out from the rest of the brokers, since it offers a maximum leverage of 1:30. If compared with others brokers like plus500, and even with one of the famous brokers like markets.Com, we will discover that xtrade allows a similar leverage. So, you have the option to invest with a quantity of money of the same level as with the competing brokers of xtrade. Of course, you have to know that by operating with leverage you can lose more money than what you have entered.

Another very important issue is the platform, since that´s where you will spend most time and the tool you will use to invest. Xtrade developed their own platform, so it is proprietary technology. Obviously, it offers high-level tools and all the signals you need to invest successfully. However, the signals do not make trading any easy and making money is not a sure thing. You are the one who has to operate and create your own strategy by always taking into account the risks of operating in the financial markets.

All factors and conditions we have seen so far are very great but, what do customers who already invest with xtrade think? Comments in forums and opinions from traders are mixed, some point out great things while others recommend certain improvements.

One of the aspects that has had great opinions is the platform itself, which is very easy to use and does not require any type of download. Xtrade has many great reviews due to their free courses. The official website, which is fully available in english and other languages has also received positive comments.

Unfavorable comments are associated with the lack of using paypal to make deposits, although they have plenty of other alternatives, such as neteller, paysafe card, or traditional methods such bank transfer or credit and debit card. There is also one comment pointing out that they miss not being able to operate with the metatrader platform. Finally, one can also find opinions of distrust for not being registered under the FCA.
