The only issue is that you are automatically redirected to a language-specific version of instaforex based on your IP address’s location and cannot change this on the home page despite the presence of language options. Deposits & withdrawals
The minimum deposit for instaforex depends on the method. It stands at $1 for electronic payments, $50 for credit cards, and $300 for bank transfers. There are a total of 17 deposit methods, with specific availability based on the region in question. The only fees for deposits are those charged by the bank or system, and options include bank card payments, bank wires, moneybookers, skrill, neteller, bitcoin, megatransfer, astropay, china union pay, payco, solidtrustpay, paxum, onlinenaira, B-pay, and local transfers. Some deposit methods are instant while others can take up to 24 hours. In every case, the withdrawal method is the same as the deposit. Instaforex focuses heavily on sponsorships of various athletes and sports, a fact that is impossible to miss as you browse its website. Most pages make at least reference to this, with many listing multiple recent sponsorships that you must scroll past to get the information you want.

Hello, you didn't make a deposit within 7 days, so the account was converted to demo. You can make a deposit to convert the account back to real and to receive startup bonus 100% instead of the current profit. In order to withdraw the startup bonus 100% you need to trade enough volume of trades in lots according to clause 11 of the bonus agreement. Do not sign up. You will not get a bonus. When you try to claim a bonus they give you the run-around and lots of BS (sounded like copy and paste response). The platform is bad. Response time even worse on the platform. On-line help / support is NOT available 24 hours a day on week days. Half of the time the platform does not respond to either closing or opening with trades. It also takes very long to get a response via email. I would NOT recommend this broker. Very dishonest.

I have to say that instaforex giving outstanding service. I am not so skilled trader and I have not that much time to trade, so I am just using their PAMM service, which is very profitable for me. We have asked you to stop it and have not activated one single comment from you. This should be reason enough for you to give up on it but it seems you are not going to learn.

There are scam complaints with every forex broker and instaforex is no exception. A lot of complaints come from trader that tried to abuse the instaforex bonus program and got their account locked. I deposited my money with this shit broker. My trades where always at a loss, and if it manages to show blue is just for some seconds and the market will suddenly become very slow. But when its showing red, the market begins to move very fast. I wondered what problem really was until I started placing trades simultaneously on another broker. That was when I discovered instaforex was manipulating their platform.
I later tried to withdraw my funds to no avail. Everything about them is a scam

Instaforex took my profit 8.5k. They claimed that the profit 8.5k was made from 900usd usd bonus given during my initial deposit 3k usd.
They took my profit clause 11. Fyi, my fund manager did not inform about clause 11 impact if i took 30% bonus.
Instaforex is an unethical company.
My son committed suicide because of instaforex.
They were confiscated illegally for his son's profit of $ 7000.
My son was recording all $ 7000 transactions.
I requested payment by september 26th.
If instaforex does not pay, i will sue instaforex yes.

Is instaforex a good and legitimate company?
Instaforex has been fined by cysec for several reasons, including that "it did not act fairly, honestly and professionally in accordance with the best interests of its clients."
Instaforex has been sued by the US CFTC. Instaforex has been the subject of warnings by at least 4 other government regulators around the world.
The FPA does not consider instaforex.Com, instaforex.Eu or any related site to be a good or legitimate company.
Can I withdraw an instaforex bonus?
Getting bonus money or else profits from a bonus at instaforex is not always easy. Even if a trader follows all the rules, instaforex can accuse a trader of cheating, cancel the bonus, and confiscate all profits. Instaforex can do this without presenting any evidence.
In 2008, two FPA members were accused of cheating while using an instaforex bonus. Instaforex not only removed the bonus, but also confiscated the profits that both traders had made. Instaforex's representative to the FPA promised to provide evidence to back up this cheating accusation. She never provided a single piece of evidence. Instead, she just kept emailing her claim that they cheated and said that her repeated unsupported claims of cheating qualified as proof of cheating. The FPA does not consider repeating an accusation dozens of times to be evidence that the accusation is true. The clients were never paid for the profits instaforex took from their accounts.
Even without a bonus being involved, it is possible for instaforex to confiscate profits based on an unsupported accusation of cheating.
The FPA is not surprised that cyprus fined instaforex for being unprofessional, unfair, and dishonest in dealing with its clients. The FPA is only surprised that it took so long before this was done.
Is instaforex regulated?
Even in march of 2020, instaforex.Com's website still claimed that the instavector branch of the company is registered with the russian federal financial markets service. The FFMS was disbanded in 2013 .
Instaforex was regulated in belize. It is not regulated there any more. Some people claim that the belize IFSC threw instaforex out. Instaforex claims they voluntarily gave up being regulate there.
Instaforex is regulated by cysec in cyprus. Instaforex has also been fined by cysec for being dishonest and not acting in the best interests of its clients.
Outside of europe, instaforex is regulated by the BVI FSC, which is not known for being a very strict regulator.
Instaforex is also registered with the SVG FSC, which specifically does NOT regulate forex, binary, or crypto trading.

read our traders comments below. We receive complaints about instaforex on a daily basis. What we also receive is fake positive comments from instaforex employees trying to improve their reputation. We are reviewing each comment but reviewing our rating system is not possible. So please be certain that it is biased (to the positive). And dear instaforex employees: we understand that traders complaints aren’t good for your reputation but trying to fake customer reviews makes it even worse. Your fakes are so obvious that it is fairly easy for us to filter them.
After we added this message they changed their strategy a bit and at least try to disguise they are employees writing positively about their company. The comments are still just embarassing and so obvious fakes that it hurts. They sound like “instaforex is the best forex company out there. I made huge profits with them. Support was always helpful and their bonus is so amazing. I can’t thank you enough instaforex!”.
Please stop that immediately. With these fake comments you make it even less likely that a real positive comment from a real customer will get approved by us.
Another update:
we will deactivate the commenting section for instaforex for a while. Reason is that their team is not stopping their spam and it’s annoying to filter their comments out. We have asked you to stop it and have not activated one single comment from you. This should be reason enough for you to give up on it but it seems you are not going to learn.

More than 300.000 costumers trade with instaforex and this makes instaforex one of the larger brokers around. Overall instaforex is very popular but nevertheless you have to ask if instaforex is reliable or not. Just because it’s big doesn’t make it trustworthy.
There are scam complaints with every forex broker and instaforex is no exception. A lot of complaints come from trader that tried to abuse the instaforex bonus program and got their account locked. This is a good reason and the broker has the right to do so. There’s no need to worry and you won’t have any issues if you don’t abuse their bonus program.
Some trader don’t like the fact that the instaforex server seem to be a bit slowly if you try to scalpe. These are technical difficulties that occur rarely and not every trader experiences these problems. So no need to call instaforex a scam.
