Please be warned! Instaforex is a big scam.
I deposited and traded with their bonus, I made $660 profit. All of a sudden they deducted everything including my profit, leaving just the amount I deposited. They did this without notifying me, I opened a trade with a high lot size and I blowed my account.

This bonus is a great one because I was able to open an account without depositing my own money. But of course, there are terms and conditions, and eventually you will also need to deposit money.
