As far as I remember, marketiva, fxopen and etoro offer welcome bonuses.

If you have already lost your instaforex bonus. You can apply for a new one in 3 months.

As far as I know, non-deposit bonus was available only with marketiva. Now instaforex is another non-deposit bonus broker. Very cool!
