Update 2016:
read our traders comments below. We receive complaints about instaforex on a daily basis. What we also receive is fake positive comments from instaforex employees trying to improve their reputation. We are reviewing each comment but reviewing our rating system is not possible. So please be certain that it is biased (to the positive). And dear instaforex employees: we understand that traders complaints aren’t good for your reputation but trying to fake customer reviews makes it even worse. Your fakes are so obvious that it is fairly easy for us to filter them.

After we added this message they changed their strategy a bit and at least try to disguise they are employees writing positively about their company. The comments are still just embarassing and so obvious fakes that it hurts. They sound like “instaforex is the best forex company out there. I made huge profits with them. Support was always helpful and their bonus is so amazing. I can’t thank you enough instaforex!”.

Please stop that immediately. With these fake comments you make it even less likely that a real positive comment from a real customer will get approved by us.

Another update:
we will deactivate the commenting section for instaforex for a while. Reason is that their team is not stopping their spam and it’s annoying to filter their comments out. We have asked you to stop it and have not activated one single comment from you. This should be reason enough for you to give up on it but it seems you are not going to learn.

Instaforex account verification জন্য নিচের পক্রিয়াটি অনুসরণ করুন। তবে অবশ্যই মনে রাখবেন, এর জন্য আপনার প্রথমে একটি ট্রেডিং একাউন্ট রেজিস্টার করে নিতে হবে। যদি রিয়েল ট্রেডিং একাউন্ট না থাকে তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে প্রথমে একটি ট্রেডিং একাউন্ট রেজিস্টার করে নিন। একাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে পারবেন আমাদের instaforex registration আর্টিকেল থেকে।

প্রথমে আপনার ক্লায়েন্ট ক্যাবিনেটে লগইন করুন, ট্রেডিং ID এবং password ব্যবহার করে।

First verification level সম্পূর্ণ হয়ে গেলেই আপনি শুধুমাত্র second verification level এর জন্য তথ্য আপলোড করতে পারবেন। এর আগে পারবেন না।

NID in hand হচ্ছে, আপনার NID হাতে ধরে একটি ছবি
তুলবেন। এই ছবিটি আপনাকে আপলোড করতে হবে। দেখতে অনেকটা নিচের ছবির মতন। আপনার NID হাতে ধরে এই ছবির মতন করে একটি ছবি তুলবেন এবং এই ছবিটি আপলোড করবেন। আশা করি বুঝতে পারেছেন। লক্ষ্য রাখবেন, ছবিটিতে যাতে করে আপনার চেহারা এবং NID স্পষ্ট বোঝা যায়। নতুবা আপনার একাউন্ট ভেরিফাই হবে না।

সবার শেষে upload বাটনে ক্লিক করুন এবং ভেরিফাই হবার আগ পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করুন। ভেরিফাই হয়ে গেলে আপনি একটি নিশ্চিতকরন ইমেইল পাবেন।

Second verification level, first verification level সম্পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবার পর আপনি এখানে আপনার ঠিকানা ভেরিফাই করার জন্য bank statement/ utility bill আপলোড করবেন। এই পর্যায়ে আপনার bank statement এর একটি রঙিন ছবি তুলবেন। মনে রাখতে হবে, bank statement এ অবশ্যই ব্যাংক এর seal এবং sign থাকতে হবে। কোনও ধরনের E-statement গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। এরপর, upload বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। আগের মতই আপনি একটি নিশ্চিতকরন ইমেইল পবেন।

এর জন্য প্রথমে আপনার ব্রোকারের একাউন্টে লগইন করুন এবং ক্লায়েন্ট ক্যাবিনেটে লগইন করার পর নিচের প্রদত্ত ছবির ন্যায় দেখতে পাবেন। ক্যাবিনেটে লগইন করার জন্য ক্লিক করুন – www.Instaforex.Com । ক্লিক করার পর, আপনার ট্রেডিং আইডি এবং পাসওয়ার্ড প্রদান করে লগইন করুন। এরপর আপনার সামনে নতুন একটি পেইজ আসবে যেটি দেখতে অনেকটা নিচের ছবির মতন।

বা পার্শে অনেগুল অপশন দেখতে পাবেন সেখান থেকে account settings >> verify account বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। এবার আপনার সামনে নতুন করে ডকুমেন্টস সাবমিট করার একটি পেইজ ওপেন হবে।

একটু লক্ষ্য করবেন, এখানে দুইটি আলাদা আলাদা ঘর দেখতে পাবেন যেখানে আপনাকে ডকুমেন্টস আপলোড করে নিতে হবে। first level verification এর ঘরে, আমরা পরিচয় ভেরিফাই করার জন্য, NID কিংবা passport কিংবা driving license এর রঙিন ছবি আপলোড করে দিব।

এখানে লক্ষ্য করুন, কয়েকটি আপলোড এর সুবিধা রয়েছে। ১ম টি তে, NID কিংবা passport কিংবা driving license এর উপরের অংশের ছবি তুলে আপলোড করে দিতে হবে।

২য় টি তে, NID কিংবা passport কিংবা driving license এর নিচের অংশের ছবি তুলে আপলোড করে দিতে হবে।

৩য় টি তে, NID কিংবা passport কিংবা driving license এর উপরের অংশ আপনার মুখের সামনে নিয়ে আরও একটি ছবি তুলবেন সেটি আপলোড করে দিতে হবে। অনেকটা, পাশে প্রদত্ত ছবির মতন। এইবার, এই তিনটি আলাদা আলাদা অপশনে আপলোড করে নিচের প্রদত্ত “upload” বাটনে ক্লিক করে দিতে হবে।

একাউন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন এর এই ধাপে, আমরা ঠিকানা ভেরিফাই করার জন্য ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট, ইউটিলিটি বিল এর কপি কিংবা ট্যাক্স এর কপি আপলোড করবো। মনে রাখবেন, এই তিনটি যেকোনো একটি ডকুমেন্টস আপলোড করলেই হবে তবে সেক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই সেটিকে আপনার নামে (ট্রেডিং একাউন্ট এর নাম অনুযায়ী) হতে হবে এবং সেটিতে সঠিকভাবে ইস্যুকারী ব্যাংক কিংবা ব্যাক্তির সিল এবং সাক্ষর থাকতে হবে। আর একটি বিষয় মনে রাখবেন, এগুলোর মেয়াদ ইস্যুর তারিখ থেকে ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে হতে হবে। যদি না হয়, তথ্যটি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

আপলোডকৃত ছবির সাইজ/আকার 2MB এর বেশী হওয়া যাবে না।
