Hur loggar jag in i internetbanken?

Du kan logga in i vår internetbank med mobilt bankid , bankid på fil eller bankid på kort . Mobilt bankid kan du få tillgång till i någon av våra bankbutiker . Bankid på fil och bankid på kort är inget FOREX bank ställer ut men har du tillgång till detta via en annan bank går det bra att logga in med dessa metoder även i vår internetbank. För att logga in i internetbanken med mobilt bankid trycker du på " logga in ". Öppna ditt mobila bankid i din mobil eller surfplatta och scanna QR-koden på skärmen. I appen skriver du sedan in din sex- eller åttasiffriga pinkod och trycker på " legitimera ". Efter det ska du vara inloggad i internetbanken. Vill du logga in med bankid på fil eller bankid på kort trycker du på " logga in " följt av " använd bankid på fil eller kort istället ". Tänk på att du kan behöva öppna bankid på fil manuellt om det inte startas per automatik.

Hur gör jag en överföring till mitt konto i FOREX bank?

Vill du göra en överföring från ett konto i en annan svensk bank till ett konto i FOREX bank, loggar du in i din internet- eller mobilbank i den andra banken . För att göra en överföring till FOREX bank behöver du ange clearing- och kontonummer. Clearingnumret för våra konton är 9420 medan själva kontonumren består av sju siffror. Totalt ska du ange elva siffror . Har du frågor om hur du gör själva överföringen vänder du dig till den bank du vill göra överföringen från för att få hjälp med dina frågor.

Kan jag växla tillbaka valuta i alla FOREX-butiker i norden utan avgift vid uppvisande av kvitto?

Mot uppvisande av kvitto kan du växla tillbaka valutan som står angiven på kvittot i valfri FOREX-butik utan avgift. Du får tillbaka den valuta som gäller i landet där återväxlingen sker . I sverige får du exempelvis tillbaka SEK.

Växlar ni utländska mynt till svenska kronor?

Sedan den 1 juni 2016 har vi ingen möjlighet att hjälpa våra kunder att växla utländska mynt till svenska kronor. I våra bankbutiker har vi istället rädda barnen-bössor där du kan skänka dina mynt , oavsett vilken valuta du har.

Jag vill extraamortera på mitt lån. Hur gör jag?

För att göra en extraamortering på ditt lån betalar du in till vårt bankgiro 5880-3032. Du är välkommen att kontakta vår kundservice på 0771-22 22 21 alternativt skicka ett meddelande till oss i internetbanken så hjälper vi dig ta fram betalningsuppgifter. Om du betalar in på ditt lån efter den 10:e i månaden dras den summa du betalar in av på den vanliga autogirodragningen som görs i slutet av månaden. Vill du göra extra inbetalningar rekommenderar vi därför att du inte gör dem så pengarna kommer in till oss mellan den 10:e och den 28:e i månaden.

Hur avslutar jag mitt konto?

För att avsluta ett FOREX-konto behöver du fylla i en avslutsblankett som du sedan skickar till oss per post. Adressen finns längst ner på blanketten. Avslutsblanketten får du tillgång till: I någon av våra bankbutiker . Genom att skriva ut blanketten själv. Genom att kontakta vår kundservice på 0771-22 22 21.

När kommer en överföring till en annan svensk bank fram?

Generellt gäller att om du gör en överföring från ett konto i en svensk bank till ett konto i en annan svensk bank innan kl. 14.00 finns pengarna tillgängliga på mottagarkontot senare samma eftermiddag . Görs överföringen efter kl. 14.00 finns pengarna tillgängliga på mottagarkontot nästkommande bankdag .

Vart loggar jag in för att se saldot på mitt kort?

Om du har ett grått bankkort så är det kopplat till vårt privatkonto. Du kan se saldo för privat- och sparkonto när du är inloggad i internetbanken . I internetbanken kan du utöver att se ditt saldo även göra betalningar, överföringar, se tidigare transaktioner och ändra inställningar för ditt bankkort. Har du däremot det gula betal- och kreditkortet loggar du in i kreditkortsportalen . Där kan du se ditt korts saldo, transaktionshistorik, dina fakturor samt ändra inställningar för ditt betal- och kreditkort. Du hittar inloggningen till internetbanken och kreditkortsportalen längst upp till höger på vår hemsida .
